Just wondering if Zahra would have worn the wig over her headscarf had she been called to bar. Halima’s a beauty by the way.

while you celebrate, remind yourself that a large percentage of the population you lead cannot afford education right now and that the majority of the lucky ones who went on to graduate are without jobs and the very skillful and bright ones have not been celebrated with the entrepreneurship support they need… which of these over-celebrated individuals came out with first class sef

A man who wishes tough luck to other families who wish to have their wards go to good school is selfish.
Buhari your Nigeria led economy now exchanges a million naira for mere $2,000
Same Economy handed to you that exchanged over $5,000 for same N1 .million?
How easy is it to acquire a million in Nigeria now?
      Keep deceiving your ridiculous followers.

Hey nene+, just to point out that the crash of the exchange rate is not the government’s fault, it is due to the global crash in oil prices. We simply don’t have enough $ in our reserves, and the fact that oil prices crashed meant that Nigeria isn’t earning as much $ because oil is our single major source of revenue……I find that a lot of folks don’t really understand what is happening with the $ rate, and think it’s very important that we all do. Hope this helps.

    • Hey nene+

Actually, the decline in oil prices started mid-2014 (look it up on google). That aside, can you please share what, if not the crash in crude prices, has affected the availability of $ in our reserves? By the way, I’m not a supporter of Buhari, but I just noticed that a lot of us tend to blame ANY government in power for everything that goes wrong. Yes, the government IS responsible for the failure of Nigeria (I’m not disputing that fact, and I’m certainly not disputing the fact that Buhari’s government is FAR from impressive to put it nicely), but this particular $ issue, isn’t one of them as far as the information / analysis available show. So please, I’m really curious to hear your perspective on the things this current administration have done, or failed to do, that have led to the $ rates (even before the naira was freely-floated).

Just to point out that oil has been on the steep since late 2013. In 2014 it was almost $60. Today it’s short $10 dollars, does that equate to what Nigeria economy reflect? Abeg park well! Look for other excuses as usual. Oil price ko!
Let oil be sold 500 per barrel, Buhari has no plan or an idea to create wealth.

Here’s a quick one for people who say he just got into power and he didn’t ruin the education system so he gets a pass because his children were in university before he got elected. I call BS on that, because you know why? Put your money where your mouth is. For someone who contested, what is 4 times, you can see that he really didn’t believe in the country he campaigned all those years ago to rule. He didn’t just fall into the presidential ticket. He has been campaigning for over 12 years, but when it got to the time to send his children to school, what did he do. Send them abroad. He doesn’t believe in the country, our schools are not good enough, you can tell from his leadership for 18 months now that the man doesn’t believe in the country. He just fulfilled a dream of becoming president again and he is counting time on the calendar like a waste of space. With Osibajo’s children, you can say he wasn’t campaigning for office but even at that, he has smelled public office before. They ruined the country, each and every public officer we have had for the past 50 years, but they want the best for their children. Donald Trump campaigned for years and he is where he is today. That man has more investments in America than ANYWHERE in the world. That’s the actions of a man that believes in his country and is putting his money where his mouth is. Love him or hate him. Buhari, you are a joke and a big disgrace, and i know many regret voting for you. He has younger children doesn’t he. You watch as the next set are sent to school abroad. I wonder what the excuse you will drum up for him then are.

    • You must know America's history indeed

      July 15, 2016 at 10:13 pm

“Donald Trump campaigned for years and he is where he is today. That man has more investments in America than ANYWHERE in the world. That’s the actions of a man that believes in his country and is putting his money where his mouth is. Love him or hate him.”

Looks like you were born and have lived in America all your life. Ignorance is your problem. Americans know Donald Trump is no good. Even the Republican party members detest him. He is a shrewd business man. His campaign items are all made in China. The items he sells to the public (i.e shirts, ties) are all China made. He has refused to provide his tax details to the public. The reason his hotels/investments are in the US is because that is where most rich people come to spend their money. He is all about making money. Read about Trump University. Educate yourself properly about Donald Trump.

Keep hating Buhari all you Goodluck Jonathan’s children.
