Yesterday Miss Nigeria USA Lola Adeoye was at the Lagos State House of Assembly to be part of a discussion on the manifestations of slums and shanties in Lagos and how demolishing them affects those that have lived there for several years.

She also shared her plans for the Mental Health Act of 1959 and according to her she’ll be working closely with actor turned politician Desmond Elliot as that is his jurisdiction.

We can’t wait to see what the two have planned to help make the community better.
