For the most part, the ladies got one thing right. They made their hair work with these clothes. The hair pulled back was an excellent choice for these women.

Now, please please please tone up. That’s it. Tone up. Tone up those legs, tone up those arms. The curves of the muscle from toning up really will do wonders. I’m loving the colorful dresses, una do well. This may be the best I have seen our celebs.

    – Toni Tones looks like a barbie doll
= While I like how Toyin’s dress fits her body type, it appears as though she is suffocating. Maybe it’s the raised shoulders. I love the color tho

      March 7, 2017 at 2:26 am

Yep. Those that got it right, got it sooooooo right. So fabulous!

And yes, I agree. Saw the ‘toned shoulders’ in the BN description and went ‘oh no, that’s not right’. It was my one issue seeing the pictures yesterday. Especially since most people choose to bare their backs. Only Lira’s back seemed toned.

Overall, they should all be proud.

BN, Ifeanyi Opara should be the best dressed male judging from your previous post. Why is he not on this list?

    • claire

      Osas looks great

    • Elleven45

      March 7, 2017 at 2:17 pm

Beautiful. Absolutely stunning. But is it just me that feels like sentiments was included while putting this list together? Some people should not have been on this list

  7. Kamal

    March 6, 2017 at 6:13 pm

Bella Naija Meg Otanwa is not on this list, but Sika Osei, Zainab Balogun and co made it? Really???? Make una kontinu you hear. You guys should learn how to be objective and truthful.

    • Ify

      March 6, 2017 at 7:23 pm

Bella Naija can kiss ass too. Lol. Makida ke?? Zainab that looks like she’s going for her daughter’s traditional wedding. Ok oh. Meanwhile what of Blossom and his wife? Were they not among the Best dressed couples too?

    • Oppy

      March 7, 2017 at 1:12 am

My thoughts exactly. Thank you @Kamal. Bellanaija you like politics too much, very annoying. How is it possible that Meg isn’t on the list? It’s so not fair and you put Zainab and Sika, their dresses were ugly mehn. Na wa oh!

    March 6, 2017 at 6:31 pm

“Olu in an agbada set by _____ ‘ by who BN????

I love Toyin’s look but she looked like she was uncomfortable. Like the dress was too tight.

    DSF I love. Too beautiful.

Adesua, Minnie Dlamini, The Makun’s, Chris Okagbue and IK Ogbonna should not be on the list.

Bryan in that colour looks like he was trying too hard..

Seems you guys are always in a hurry to publish your posts, that you don’t bother going through it. I lost count of all the typos.

  9. Anon

    March 6, 2017 at 6:45 pm

    Lol at the list.

  10. Tochi

    March 6, 2017 at 7:00 pm

Hmmm! I no understand this list o! First Adesuwa’s dress is a copy cat of kerry Washington and en no jail at all as it isn’t as neat as Kerry’s. I love originality. I no fancy Chioma Apotha dress at all. Why Chika Ike dress no dey here? Abi una no see am, what of Lilian Esoro dress, abi una no like am? And how about Ebonye TV owner dress? Infact hers was the best for me cause of the simplicity and fablousity. My take though!

  11. Dee

    March 6, 2017 at 7:11 pm

    Na wa for this list..

  12. X-Factor

    March 6, 2017 at 7:14 pm

My super crush Linda Ejiofor deserves to be on this list naaa

  13. Brenda

    March 6, 2017 at 7:15 pm

@ Tochi pls send us a link of Kerry Washington’s dress. I thought Adesuwa’s dress was gorgeous. For me the best was Nana Akuaa , second is the yellow dress and third is Andrea and fourth is Adesuwa. Toni Tones dress beautiful but not original.

So proud of African Designers. Who would have thought they could make red carpet clothes like this a decade ago.

  14. Valentina

    March 6, 2017 at 7:21 pm

ohhhhh why didn’t Genevieve attend naw?

  15. Olori

    March 6, 2017 at 7:46 pm

I wonder what parameters were used in making this list. First of all not all the women listed should be present. Chioma Akpotha looks like she wore a failed Halloween costume diy project. I know Eunice Omole’s style was different from the norm but she was the best dressed in my opinion second only to Toni Tones. Eunice looked like a cascading black bouquet of bohemian goodness. Plus her hair and makeup was red carpet gold. Joan Rivers would be smiling in her grave at Eunice rn. PS I ain’t Eunice and I don’t know her from Adam. Just expressing my love for excellence. No be fight sha lemmie calm down LOL.

  16. Kala

    March 6, 2017 at 7:54 pm

Toni tones just cemented herself as a fashion icon in my opinion, we will not forget this dress Anytime soon

I’m just going to need Funke Akindele-Bello to step out of her comfort zone a little bit. Always wearing the same style dress. Mesh, nude, studded. I love you Mrs. FAB, but imma need you to gimme some colours and come through mama…

  22. Harmony

    March 6, 2017 at 8:47 pm

I honestly feel Lilian took it up three notches this year, the green is everything. Also inidima was just a vision ?. Oh and let’s not forget Toni tones, she literally killed the look. Top three best dressed by a long stretch.

  23. Anonymous

    March 6, 2017 at 8:49 pm

Why is Linda Ejiofo not on this list? All shades of wrong!!! Please get your facts right.

  24. Fast cars

    March 6, 2017 at 8:50 pm

The way people are eating up this nana dress. Typical Lebanese and phillipine dress. Dramatic flare and nothing but bling.

  25. Miss_Flygerian

    March 6, 2017 at 9:27 pm

Linda Ejiofor deserves to be on this list though.

  26. Come on BN

    March 6, 2017 at 9:38 pm

Toni Tones’s dress is easily one of the most OVERRATED dresses I’ve seen by far…. Are we looking at the same thing??? The bottoms of that dress looks like a rug fgs. I guess when you’re used to seeing average dresses, anything excessive is like gold to you people.
Zainab, I love you but how could you?! That outfit is a mess.
Funke Akindele, please switch things up… This looks is so tired now. I believe in you sis
Somkele, you are the WINNER. I love how different that dress is and her body is absolutely amazing. Those legs and that face….just flawless.

This list is really a joke if we are being honest. BN, you know it’s not by force to include your celeb friends … Every year, same politics. Ridiculous.

  31. Chigurl

    March 7, 2017 at 4:02 am

BN wehdone, where is blossom’s wife and Iyawo ojo should make the list too. Pls remove makida.

  32. "changing moniker"

    March 7, 2017 at 6:28 am

Hauwa, Makida, Idia, Zainab shouldn’t be here. They looked nice but they are not the best dressed. Did you guys not see Linda Ejiofor? ?? Or Nancy?

I think all these Adesuwa, Zainab people know you love them, so you don’t need to validate it everytime. …

  33. J
