Ronke Oshodi-Oke upset over Headline used in her Latest Interview | WATCH

Ronke Oshodi-Oke upset with media house for using Defaming Headline - BellaNaijaNollywood actress Ronke Ojo-Anthony, popularly known as Ronke Oshodi-Oke discussed, among other topics, why celebrity marriages seem to not last in an interview with BroadwayAfrica TV.

In the interview, she was asked about her regrets in joining the movie industry, to which she said the intrusion on her private life, as her career has completely stripped her of her privacy.

She also mentioned the loss of Moji Olaiya, who she said was perhaps her only friend in the industry.

When asked about why celebrity marriages do not last, Ronke Oshodi-Oke said it’s the same as outside the industry, and all over the world.

She blamed exposure for the rise in failed marriages, saying women are now ready to earn a living, and do not have time to be controlled by men.

She said she thinks it’s unreasonable for a woman to be the breadwinner, then return home and still be expected to cook.

In four videos posted on Instagram, she lamented that it was that part BroadwayAfrica TV deemed fit to use as the headline for the interview.

She complained that the headline defamed her, and was used in a bid to spoil her name.

Awww. This hurts though. I honestly feel they should not have made it a headline. She said other things and Broadway could have made the topic broad.

She’s just messing up. She spoke the truth earlier. ??. A woman who brings home the cash should not be expected to be submissive. I supported her fully. I don’t know why she’s falling hand. Maybe her useless husband is upset.

In today’s world both husband and wife should be each other’s helper irrespective of who makes more money. They need to understand themselves. Ronke just told us what have been a factor in the collapse of the so called celebrity marriages. Most of them find it difficult to be submissive to their husbands because they believe they are the bread winners as such their husbands should either hero-worship them or become temporary house-helps. She spoke what was in her mind and I don’t know why she is crying over it.
