The hosts of Le Dîner En Blanc – Lagos have officially announced their three chefs for the first edition of the secret picnic.
First up, we have Nigeria’s finest food stylists Chef Tolu Eros, who is currently the Chef Ambassador for German home appliance brand Miele. Chef Eros, an inventor of mouthwatering gourmet dishes, is also the founder of Cookie Jar and Eros & Gourmet.
Secondly, the custodian of Italian cuisine Chef Benedict whose mantle of authority in the kitchen was handed to him by two great institutions: Le Cordon Bleu Firenze and Carpigiani Gelato University, Bologna. He is well-known for his unique approach to Italian food by preserving and promoting balance, freshness and simplicity.
Lastly, we have renowned XO Bakery Owner, Pastry Chef, and Chef Instructor at the Culinary Academy, Chef Alex Oke. Although widely known for his passion for breads, pastries and confections, Chef Alex’s recipes always promise clients a culinary adventure as they range from exotic to conventional dishes, so prepare for a feast!
