President Buhari to embark on medical leave April 1st - Sahara Reporters - BellaNaija

Sahara Reporters has reported that President Muhammadu Buhari will be leaving the country on a medical leave on April 1.

Writing on its Twitter page, Sahara Reporters said the president is expected to attend the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) 2018 in London from April 16 – 20.

President Buhari is however expected to leave the country as early as April 1 on a medical leave.

The president had in 2017 stayed on a medical leave in London for over 100 days.

He was reported to be receiving treatment, although the presidency refused to disclose his ailment.

A return date for the president’s reported 2018 medical leave is yet to be announced, said the news portal.

      I don’t know of any national or multinational company that would grant so much sick/medical leave within such a short period of service. Surely this duration of leave is enough ground for redundancy, resignation or impeachment.

    lmaooooooooooooooooo this man just became president so that he can use the money in Nigerian treasury to pay for his hospital bills and vacation. He probably thought to himself that as an adult he deserved a break and he also decided that “nah” he didn’t want to dip into his family wealth and his children’s future inheritance so presidency was his plan B to foot the bills.
