Got the Right Bars? Jive Music just launched Dope Factor Rap Battle & you could Win N100,000

Dope Factor is a Jive Music initiative that creates a platform for fast-rising artistes to showcase their craft for a chance to get media exposure, win amazing cash prizes and obtain bragging rights. Dope Factor celebrates the underground movement of undiscovered talents across the city and this edition will feature a battle like never before. A battle between the most talented street wordsmiths in the city to crown the most-worthy rap maestro, who will go home with exclusive bragging rights to the Dope Factor Champion title…and a 100,000 naira in cash!

The grand finale which will take place in July 2018 will feature a cross-section of celebrity judges led by rap’s finest Vector Tha Viper, who will help crown the winner for the night. Jive is an interactive music ecosystem that propagates music-based cultural and social experiences in a community of modern music enthusiasts. We tap into emerging music experiences, co-creating a series of premium music offerings, from news updates, celeb interviews, new music alert, music reviews, events and articles, to discovering the best of innovative sounds and talents in the space.

How to Participate:

• Download the Jive instrumental soundtrack here
• Create a video of yourself doing an original rap freestyle to the downloaded beat.
• Upload the video on Instagram or Twitter using the hashtag #JiveDopeFactor and tag our handle @Jive_ng
• Multiple submissions will be disqualified
• Get your friends and enemies to repost and like your entry
• Make sure you’re following all our social media accounts
