Ini Edo & Phillip Ehiagwina Say Their Traditional ‘I DOs’

Saturday November 29 2008 was a very special day for Nollywood superstar, Iniobong Edo popularly known to fans as Ini Edo. The popular actress celebrated her ‘native laws and customs’ traditional marriage ceremony with her fiance, Phillip Ehiagwina.
In Ini’s hometown, Awa Iman in Onna Local Government area of Akwa Ibom State; over 4000 guests including friends, colleagues such as Mike Ezuruonye, Rukky Sanda, Rita Dominic, Empress Njamah, Anita Joseph, Emem Isong, Patience Ozokwor and numerous other well-wishers gathered to celebrate with the actress on her wedding day.
Its been a long road to get to this point for Ini and Phillip as their relationship has dogged by controversies including accusations from Phillip’s ex-wife, Ruth and has been closely scrutinized by tabloids but all that was left in the past as Ini and Phillip entered this new and exciting phase in their lives together.
The white wedding is scheduled to be held soon in the USA where Phillip is based.
