HiTv’s Hi Magazine seems to be at the cutting-edge on what’s hot.
There has been buzz on Oluchi’s Fitness project: O3 ProFitness for some months, now HiMag is bringing you an exclusive first look and details on the project. Oluchi partnered with acclaimed fitness trainer, Rafael Ulloa on the video. 03Profitness contains a 45 minute full body workout as well as a compressed 10 minute workout for those on the go.
Its hard to believe that Oluchi has a young son! Prior to having her baby, Oluchi was slim but now you can tell that she works hard at it. Her arms and abs are more toned rather than simply slim. Granted we cant all have supermodel bodies but this fitness video is a good motivator and tool for the average African women to get fit and work out.

dt’s a poorly developed promo. the production and audio does not look or sound professional. it does not adequately project Oluchi.for what it s worth they cld have done better.

am thinking of embarking on “the great move” by the end of the year…I was in boarding hse for 6years then abroad for another 6. Am therefore very independent and kinda really like my space, my initial thought was stay home for couple of mnths till I feel confident on my own but, now the gist is rent in nigeria is ridiculously expensive $10,000-50,000, am moving back whichever way but its all scary

Love the idea of the fitness workout video, but hopefully this would be different from all other things Nigerian, and would be available somewhere everyone can find it when it comes out…
