The pictures are great but the designs suck
awful pictures and perhaps too tight a budget. One model, one hairstyle with ALL the designs? Ah, ah?
the print hurt my eyes! just too much going on…
The November publication was much better. The prints and the designs were inspiring and oh-so-fabulous…this one, not so much.
