“Get Gorgeous” with Uche Jombo in the new issue of Exquisite Magazine

Uche Jombo is on the cover of the new issue of Exquisite Magazine. The theme of the shoot was “Get Gorgeous” and Uche played with different makeup and beauty looks in the cover shoot. The Nollywood star is currently promoting her new movie “Damage” with premieres all around the world.
According to the Exquisite Magazine team, the “Get Gorgeous issue of the magazine also features different beauty tips and editorials to continue to inspire and motivate readers. The issue features different models with different looks and the DIY process of getting to those looks.
October is breast cancer awareness month and exquisite looks into what happens after the diagnosis of Breast cancer. Remember the Exquisite Lady of the Year awards is this month on the 23rd of October 2011.

Whoever styled that magazine cover should be flogged. Another picture should have been used,, the one on the cover should have been shredded and then used as kitty litter.

I dont think its all about nice but about art, according to the cover she’s supposed to be in character with the extreme makeup and to me its nice and creative (please dont shoot me). How can humans sit there and say someone is ugly, wow. If it was Vogue or Harpers or any other international magazine, u guys will be liking the creativity. Why do we always hate???
the mercy johnson and omotola’s makeup picture is just not good at all compared to gene’s own,why the partiality?
YOU’RE RIGHT! Genevieve went out with less makeup, i don’t agree she has no makeup on. Omotola and Mercy were looked the way they did in the picture because they were in character for a movie, so that’s why they look worn out. The magazine didn’t do proper research IMO! And btw, the cover picture wasn’t the best but i love Uche Jumbo so much!
The cover picture is the best the picture told a story of damaged,get the message.

My God, the cover picture is soo soo sooooooo horrible!@Titi, why in God’s green earth would you call anyone a hater for saying the truth?For heaven’s sake, do you think anyone that comments here is less human?do you even know who’s commenting that you call people hater(s)?are those commenting less hot, curvy, e.t.c, all we’re saying is the truth and most if not all the criticising is on the cover picture, and there’s nothing right about it.It looks so scary like she’s some character from the evil dead or something. Looks like it was a painstaking experience to have her eyes done that way because they look strained and tired. She looks gorgeous in other photos, but certainly not the cover photo,it’s not nice and it doesn’t matter if it was on an international or local magazine , abeg make i hear word on “hating”, we never like being told the truth!

its like no matter how much uche tries, it doesnt work. Some ppls grace and style just exudes effortlessly (Omawunmi, Genny, Dakore etc).
