On Saturday 1st September 2012, Nigerian lifestyle publication, Exquisite Magazine held its quarterly event to help increase the awareness for cervical, breast and prostrate cancer - The Exquisite Magazine against Cancer Walk (EMAC),  from the Palms Shopping Mall, Lekki, Lagos to the Tafawa Balewa Square, Onikan, Lagos.

The event saw in attendance over 250 participants including on-air-personalities Toolz, Matse, Karen Igho and Ginee, Nollywood stars Uru Eke and Keppy Ekpeyong and Fine Lady music act, Lynxxx. There was free screening of people for cancerous cells while the EMAC team promoted their partners.

      Yes she (Tewa) did walk all the way from the palms to TBS flat shoes apparently hurt her feet. I could not believe it. The walk was so much fun though and I got screened for cervical and breast cancer free
