Omo-T is (as BNers say) hawwt. But i’m really not feeling the finish of the ..the outfit. So many body-shapers out there, every gal in Nollywood (maybe some dudes sef) ought to invest in a bunch.

  • Rosellar August 10, 2011 at 1:10 pm

Is it me or my eyes? Omotola is pretty but This dress is so badly made!!!! I can see †ђξ stitches curving WRONGLY in her thigh area and †ђξ bottom of †ђξ dress is HORRID!!! This is a designer malfunction! Funke, while we appreciate your effort/talent, we implore u to plz do better. Thanks

    • Jojolo August 10, 2011 at 2:38 pm

  • fabooosh August 10, 2011 at 3:15 pm

Some Nigerians are to quick to insult o , do you know the pressure these young designers are under? the conditions they are forced to work under especially unreliable Nigerian tailors………….lets support our own, this dress is red carpet worthy.kudos Funke

    personal opinion? Tacky!

  • NNENNE August 10, 2011 at 4:30 pm

  • Rosellar August 10, 2011 at 4:33 pm

D dress is just horrible! I’ve tried yet again to check it out but it’s too badly finished. D tailor should be sacked and †ђξ stylist should be sanctioned. End of…..

  • Dela August 10, 2011 at 4:52 pm

Omotola is beautiful despite that disaster called a dress. really tacky, its looks like what Ini Edo would wear.

  • deedee August 10, 2011 at 5:01 pm

Beautiful actress.nice dress n love the fabric but honestly doesn’t really suit omotee.she needs to start opting for dresses dat suit her curves n tummy cos she has made this lovely dress look funny

  • THE AMAKA August 10, 2011 at 5:03 pm

I think the dress simply has too much going on and it makes her look big, yes, my opinion. the face and makeup is nice, the hair is alright, but the dress and the material itself doesnt work for me. but everyone else seems to like it.

  • THE AMAKA August 10, 2011 at 5:04 pm

and by the way, Bella, i just remembered you have yet to bring us coverage on MBGN 2011. i have seen some pictures floating around, but where are yours? you always bring the more detailed coverage than all those other blogs. WE (or at least I) AM STILL WAITING.

  • ms parker August 10, 2011 at 5:46 pm

BeautIful dress by AGLAIA…accentuates her curves! I like!!!

  • wendy Chima-Chima August 10, 2011 at 6:13 pm

    The dress is ugly!

  • 9ja gal August 10, 2011 at 6:19 pm

    I wonder o, CC.

  • Dearie August 10, 2011 at 7:03 pm

The finishing on the dress could have been better, but they are young designers and omotola gave them a chance and worked that dress! You got to love Omotola…lol…some mad designers need to dress our best joor…in developed countries they send them clothes…are our designers un- inspired or not just in tune? Now we have noticed this agalia designer…

  • judy August 10, 2011 at 7:34 pm

  • eloho August 10, 2011 at 8:10 pm

OH! She looks gorgeous! The dress…hmmm…not bad! She worked it!

  • Little Miss Understood August 10, 2011 at 8:11 pm

Omotola looks much better than she usually does but still needs some MAJOR a** work on her styling! As for the “custom made Elphis M. Aglaia”…I’m sorry, not impressed. Poor finish, horrid cheap looking fabric…

  • girlie August 10, 2011 at 8:27 pm

yes these designers are under ppressure, but there are so many of them that aren’t schooled. it takes more than liking fashion and being popular to be a designer, many of these ‘designers’ can not work a sewing machine. they employ the same road side tailors and put them at the back of their fancy shops to do all the sewing
my advice?? you guys should take your time to study fashion. Chanel did not become chanel in one year

  • Goldfinch August 10, 2011 at 9:26 pm

This dress is NOT QUITE as THE AMAKA will say

  • peter August 10, 2011 at 9:31 pm

You’ve got to be careful, Omotola. All that glitter is not gold.REMEMBER YOU ARE A MARRIED WOMAN.YOU CAN’T EAT YOUR CAKE AND HAVE IT

un-african to expose your breast to the she not married ? what else is left for the husband , to crown it up a christian rubbish.

  • Didi Agege August 11, 2011 at 9:09 am

Finally, Omo-T wears a dress appropriate for her body shape! Keep it up girl…

  • Yvonne August 11, 2011 at 9:16 am

  • moi August 11, 2011 at 9:37 am

dat dress luks like it was made by an apprentice, omotola is a beautiful african woman with hips dat can speak for itself but she needs to change dis particular designer.

    OK……seen her look beta though

  • Bojo August 14, 2011 at 12:12 pm

I am not a fashion stylist or a designer but it’s easy to tell that this dress is a wrong fit for Omotala. The designer should be embarrassed!!! The only good thing about this dress is the color..otherwise, fabric is zero and execution is zero!
As for the hair, that is discussion for another day..

  • miaa August 16, 2011 at 12:00 am

this dress isso SO SO tacky.omo T is a beautifully woman there r so many nigerian designers dat can make her beautifull dress for more class.
