BellaNaija Weddings joined Instagram 3 months ago and since then we’ve spotted lots of wedding guests looking fabulous! This has inspired us to create #AsoEbiBella.

An #AsoEbiBella is a wedding guest {bella} looking stunning in aso-ebi – the fabric/colours of the day, at a traditional engagement or wedding. If you’re on Instagram, hash tag your wedding guest photo #asoebibella or #asoebibellas for a possible feature in our next edition – coming in 2 weeks.

By the way, our page @BellaNaijaWeddings is almost 12k strong – yay! Thank you – now sit back and enjoy!

As in, see “Ikebe super” in abundance, coupled with enough “Nkiru” … The African woman comes in a fantastic package (yelz, everytime I enter one pencil skirt come office, I know as I dey punish some of these oyibo men) and Lord, we say thank you so much for wetin you give us!!!

      LOL!!! You have issues, walahi!

    • Mz Socially Awkward...

      June 19, 2013 at 2:44 pm

Hahaha! For serious, though… only this week, one kain oyibo van driver started tooting his horn and smiling at me as I bin dey waka cross road, I nearly thought I was back on Aba Road in Port Harcourt. Ashewo-ism exists in all races of men, leave matta, all of dem like to “observe” wetin dey waka pass their front…
@Jscgirl, I’ll trade you for those legs. God knew the extreme vanity He wanted to save me from, when He chose not to bless me with long legs… 😉

Na wahooooooo … My bra size is between a 34DD and 34DDD. How does one wear all those dresses with exposed back? Hmm…. I dear not. I have to stay in my lane.

Anyway many of those dresses are lovely. It makes me want to learn how to sew because many of the tailors here in he US are clueless and useless. They can only sew buba and rapa

      July 19, 2013 at 3:29 pm

Ladies, I’m not blessed like you guys but I get una small.. There’s this thing tailors do in Naija “Padding” like a built in bra. It will give u a lift without a bra but it takes skill 🙂 so nothing spoil.
