If this man was frail, why did he take on such responsibility? What’s with Nigerians and not admitting weakness or illness. You are not qualified, you won’t say. You are ill, you won’t say. Where the delegates not vetted? May his soul rest in peace.
Next thing you know is people would be fighting in Bauchi state to replace him but his family would also want to collect the money that would have gone to him.

Most of the delegates are NOT supposed to be there in the first place. They were elected based on sentiments and outof greed they could not refuse. Some of them have served the country in different manners ,in fact some actually are the GENESIS of the whole problem. They should sit back and let young ,vibrant and intelligent nigerians delibrate on national issues. For instance,Dora Akinluyi should be recovering from her illness at home ,the nation really appreciated her effort when she was healthy and im sure people still like her,and this man OBVIOUSLY was sick, and should have been resting, not because of 12M.loose your soul. The problem is some how we always think NOBODY can replace us as individual not knowing that after his demise now, sure people are already fighting for his position.I hope his family memebers are okay.So sad

Yes Nominee, Aunty Dora should be recuperating at home and not witnessing rowdy sessions @ the confab. Odein Ajumogobia, only a few days ago, complained that the youths are not appropriately represented in the confab. And here we are with sickly delegates, who are closer to where they are going compared to where they are coming from making decisions for the whole nation. Its sad and annoying!

I said the same thing to my mother when she was telling me of a certain person who got picked as a delegate due to a historic relationship with Dame Peace. I told mumsie that since it was her generation that landed us in this mess, they should do the honorable thing and step back for younger people to take their places at the conference. After all, we’ll inherit the jaga-jaga country in the end, abi?

But nobody taking these decisions truly has Nigeria’s interest in their hearts. Our poor country, see how we continue to destroy you.

Nigeria my sweet Nigeria, they gathered a bunch of Grand fathers to discuss the future of this country; people only concerned with “past glory”. while the youths, our supposed leaders of tomorrow are relegated.

Let the old ones go and live the young ones to rule for good. This is a good lesson to the old and greedy ones. They know themselves. RIP Grand Pa.

i think the young and intelligent citizens who have the country at heart should be chosen for this and not the old. the young would have been pleased to attend and contribute meaningfully without collecting a kobo for it.
