The Nigerian acts are presently more successful than these 2. Davido can book a stage (no matter how small) and pull a crowd that Ashanti can’t pull at this point in her career. How many songs off her last album do u know? Why are we wasting our money on washed up artists like Africa is an archaic continent that is still living in 2001.
Our artists are enough please. we have the biggest music superstars in Africa. They are enough.

Ja Rule & Ashanti com’n to do what? Do they still sing? 1.5m for table for 10 people, even Dangote won’t pay that amount for people like Ja Rule & Ashanti. Waste of money. Na throw back songs una go hear.

And we continue with our trend of inviting “has beens”…..Let’s face it, this will probably be the biggest show they will book the rest of their career. I won’t be surprised if they return shortly for another concert in lagos. If you doubt it, just ask JOE

Lol at all these comments! They may not be the hottest thing in Hollywood or in their music career, but you all have got to remember that some were born to be a star & some where made to be a star y’all dig?.. One you know it, you know it. Britney Spears for example, went to rough & hard time, still came back that same year & won award.. Personally for me, I just wouldn’t pay that much for some celebs! It ain’t that serious..
