Boko Haram Reportedly Abducts 50 Women in Adamawa



Boko Haram Militant Bella NaijaBoko Haram has reportedly abducted 50 women in Gulak town in Adamawa state.

The women, along with other residents, were at a preaching venue when the incident occurred, according to Daily Post.

Reports state that the insurgents were attempting to recruit new members at the venue, and they conscripted able-bodied men.

“They conducted preaching sessions to attract converts to their sect but people only listened out of fear. The next day they asked if anybody wanted to join them but there was no response, so they selected many healthy looking young men and ordered them to follow them,” said a resident of the town.

Sources say several residents were able to escape from the terrorists, but unfortunately; the women were unable to escape.

    when is all these going to stop. we keep on receiving bad report everyday, and government is ever ready to give speech of hope each time such tin happened. which way Nigeria?

    I guess the case about #Bring Back our Girls have gone cold now another 50 people. But President Jonathan still wants to run for another presidential election.
    Only a fool let the same dog to bite him or her twice. If nothing is done about this disaster on his present term, what will change next year?
    Africa is in the shape it is because if anyone says otherwise, people in the same party, related to him, receive some bribes, or just like the president support him.
    Regardless of the party, tribe, culture, or religion, we need a positive leader, and not a follower. Someone who will make Nigeria a better place for ALL.
