YAWNING, I love Genevieve but this is so boring. This is something an assistant or secretary will wear

Or the modest woman. I would actually wear the first and the last look, not feeling the middle one.

Such a great logo but I actually was anticipating something a lil more, of what? I’m not sure, but not the above at all. I am hopeful that she will create something a lil more authentic to her style that we all love about Genny, if not then I guess some genres cannot be crossed over by everyone! I just expected a lil more, is that bad?

The Logo definitely raised the bar. Nice clothing line, but I will like to see more of the chic kind. So far, this is great for working class business women.

These are easy, laid back, wearable pieces. Think “effortlessly chic”! If you are a crazzyyy Genevieve fan, you’d know this is her style. Well done Eve! Can’t wait to be all dolled up in St Genevieve!

September 30, 2014 at 4:07 am
Unfortunately, the typical naija women will not understand this line. It is too elegant for you all. She is jamming trend upon trend in one outfit so you see people calling it too simple. It has to be a color blocking peplum dress with akpo oche fabric.
Beautiful
September 30, 2014 at 11:27 am
Take highfive dear! you really know what’s up, the razz people do not really understand sofistication, they rather admire plastic and shine shine look, the st geny look (Audrey Hepbune type) is too sofisticated for them to comprehend, bunch of razz!!!!!!!

How condescending! Nothing worse than generalizing when attempting to be ‘constructive’ with feedback!

This is the most boooooring outfit design i have ever seen, this is indeed genevieve’s’ style, she dresses simple and casual. I hope she makes it in this business because the competition in clothing line is soo fierce and these designs are not enough to stay in business. if sm1 like rita dominic should go into clothing designs i think she will do a better job, all d same I love u gen, love your courage but come up with better designs or hire someone todo it for you, these designs has genevieve written all over it and its not so fantastic.

Shame on you all haters, that’s a very bold step on her part……
And why do Nigerians hate simple but beautiful styles? A lot of us like to dress gagagugu…… I saw someone wrote its a style for office assistant chai chai how do you dress? I don’t live in Nigeria and yet I recognize and appreciate those as classic styles and won’t mind buying them please let’s help ourselves grow and stop putting us down.

September 30, 2014 at 12:15 pm
When some1 says an outfit is simple doesn’t mean that they prefer a razz look. These outfit designs here are designs you can get in any shop a simple skirt with a simple long sleeve top. a plain high wasit pant with a top. I personally own a skirt with the exact same design in the first pic and it wasn’t by saint genevieve! and guess what I got the skirt about 3 years ago in london at the ralph lauren store on bond street. when you are launching a clothing line its good to be creative because the business is fierce!. lets forget the face wearing the outfit is genevieve and be honest! these clothes are great for work but nothing ‘wow’ about it. when people have nothing to say they condescend to insults.

Lol! When folks speak the truth, others call it hating. Like I said, there’s nothing much to it. I’m not jumping off my seat. I have the very first outfit ( I mean the same color combo ) about a year ago & it’s made by Calvin Klein. So she needs to step it up..

Simplicity to me is elegance at its finest. i believe her target audience is the busy working/business class woman who desires to look elegant. Love the Logo. Love these designs which i believe will evolve with time.

But that is one nice thing about genny—–simple but classy.she follows the fashion trend to the letter..this is good cos the line will be affordable for all , yet still has its quality and class.this system is the in-thing for fashion houses these days, else they go out of business.they still have very expensive stores though

Anything you do, donot buy the last one. The black waist band could easily run on the white part. I bought it and I’m regretting. The trouser is about 7k on jumia and I bought it, wore it once and condemned it. St Genevieve needs to improve in the quality of her fabric used. Nice designs tho!
