A Thriller & a Love Story! Watch Osas Ighodaro, OC Ukeje, Jide Kosoko, Majid Michel & Desmond Elliot in ‘The Department’



The Department poster FILMONEA part crime thriller, part love story – ‘The Department’ is one Nollywood movie that we will be watching out for this January.

‘The Department’, from Inkblot Productions and Closer Pictures, stars Osas Ighodaro, OC Ukeje, Jide Kosoko, Majid Michel, Desmond Elliot, Kenneth Okolie, Seun Akindele, Somkele Iyamah and more.

The story is Tolu Okoye, who worked in a secret criminal department of a respected Nigerian conglomerate until she got married. Now she’s a bored housewife and The Department wants her back for one last job. She accepts against the wishes of her husband who decides to sabotage The Department to save their marriage.

    Have to admit with the cast, I was tempted to view the trailer, cos from experience, an assembly of this fine people, only translates to average and overhyped productions; but from this trailer, I think I like what I see. O.C is my guy, so I’d gladly take this risk for him and the trust I’ve for Des. Should be good. Can’t wait.

    Really excited to see this movie. The cast and trailer look great and it doesn’t seem run-of-the-mill so I hope and pray that they were used right.
