Julius AgwuA while ago comedian Julius Agwu announced that he is dropping out of politics in Nigeria but that has not stopped him from being passionate about the things happening in the country.

Yesterday he posted an advice to his colleagues in the entertainment industry who may be going into politics for the wrong reasons.

Julius Agwu

He posted a quote from Mahatma Gandhi and captioned it ‘I do not blame my entertainment “colleagues” who want to grab what they can in Abuja cos there’s HUNGER IN THE LAND but while you are at it; do ponder on this: #TheFutureDependsOnWhatYouDoToday… Ghandhi’

If they were supporting these politicians/parties based on their idealogies, beliefs or sincere affiliations, that would have been a different thing, but they pay them, they now come and tell me (who got nothing) to support their candidate.-TFU. Nice one Julius

Those celebrities that were at the love bihari party including Julius were not paid to be there, they were there only because they want to identify with so much talked about “change”. any celebrity that identifies with the APC is a saint but any Celebrity that identifies with the PDP and the presidency is hungry and corrupt. Double standard! I think that if not for the allegiance Julius owes the Governor of Rivers state he too would have been at the first lady’s dinner for the entertainment industry. Live and let live
