7 (4)On the 6th of June, 2015, Lagos witnessed a brand new expression, a bold statement of style and taste reserved for a few.  D’USSÉ Cognac was unveiled in Lagos as the brand expands to its newest market, Nigeria.

The exclusive launch took place at the classy RUE80 terrace of the Maison Fahrenheit Hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos.

The event was hosted by the smooth duo of Basketmouth and Uti Nwachukwu with DJ Big N, DJ Xclusive and DJ Lambo all bringing down the open roof.

The high point of the evening was the unveiling of D’USSÉ Cognac, which was quickly followed by a bold performance by the chairman himself, M.I.

Guests at the event included Tuface & Annie Idibia, Paul Okoye, Sound Sultan, Olisa Adibua, TeeY- Mix, Bovi, Tee-A, Asa Asika, Lola Adamson, Roc Nation Crew, Sunday Are, Bryan Okpara, Illbliss, Kayode Peters, Akin Kogi, Bisoye Fagade, Ruby, Sam Okwandu, to mention but a few.

    Why are all these alcohol companies flooding nigerIa with their illicit drinks. All of a sudden nija has become relevant. Companies with more positive merchandise need to come not this nonsense. Trust nija ppl to fall for and suck up anything that comes their way as long as it’s perceived to be foreign

      NEOCOLONIALISM IS REAL!!!!!!! I agree with youuuu. All these companies flooding the market and selling at exorbitant prices of their hone currencies. It’s not a joke and our celebrities need to know what they are endorsing !!! These companies are capitalizing on our numbers and perception of these drinks. Let’s wakes up oh ! These drink companies won’t in the long run add to economy. Let’s develop our industries and make our own drinks Internationalllllllll

    Oh please shut it. Is it Palm wine or paraga you want to export? We had to wait for ghana to do alomo bitters and still we can’t come up with anything of ours. What you’re all saying here is no different from the xenophobic issue in SA. you don’t have the technical know how to do something yet you complain foreigners are coming to take your jobs.

    For the ignorant comment about not developing the economy, trade and commerce is the largest contributor to GDP growth, and that’s largely importation. Do you know how much taxes the beverage industry pays to government?
