    All these are models. they’re still building and with the look of things those building may not be completed in the next 2-3years.
    Meanwhile, how much will a bedroom flat cost in this kind of place. we pay up to N1million naira in some places that is not as classy as this.
    Government should just build housing estate that an average man can afford

      Not all of the pics are 3d models …actually most of them aren’t. The exterior shot is 3d no doubt. And its owned by private company not the government.

    Drawings to deceive people as usual

    i have seen many computer generated drawings and they never tell the truth. when the actual project is complete. All african realtors do is use computer generated drawings to deceive people.

    You Guys are not ashamed of yourself. From 2011, to the end of 2015, you are showing me just 2 buildings yet not even completed. that means, it will take more 10years to complete the project. I am so ashamed of Nigeria…… ALWAYS THE SAME
