You dash somebody car and your name is on the plate number S.O. By the time you finish beating her and she wants to pack her things, you just collect your car back. i bet it is your name on the car docs.

Loooool! Don’t mind this BN. Im sure the person that bought the car didn’t claim it was brand new, simply because it just cant be.

If you’re going to rant about people calling themselves educated. At least get the spelling of the word right. In your hurry to criticise, you have come off as silly.

Leave Nigerians alone. English language has provision for this. It’s called antonomasia or metononymy (or more recently genericide). We aren’t the only people on earth to do it. Americans call SUVs “trucks” and they call their financial sector “Wall Street”.

Bella Naija you too? A little disappointed. Nice gesture Sammy! This car is not new though. This cling film does not look factory fitted. Why are we so fake in this Naija?, Why? The “brand new” was so not needed as it exposes them to scrutiny! # KEEPINGUPAPPEARANCES

    • Car

      July 2, 2015 at 7:12 pm

I have never seen factory fitted cling film except in Nigeria maybe the idea brand new or not is to prevent dust from settling on the seats

    • Bella

      July 3, 2015 at 12:39 pm

  7. N.a. so we see am

I don’t care what year this car is, my concern is why do cars in Nigeria come sometimes with cling film on the seats. Is it put on in Nigeria as brand new cars in the West never have them

We are slowly morphing into such judgemental, critical people! What’s wrong with wishing them well and moving on. Fairly used or new car, who cares for goodness sake! Horrible!

Nigerians and cash and carry mentality… kai. what is wrong with getting a car from earlier years. Have you heard of vintage cars. the LR3 may hold a special place in his/her heart.
we would like to know what car model your bf or hubby bought you in all the years of knowing him( in case you are a girl).

I personally am a fan of the Mercedes M class ML 350 2006-2008 models. Even if someone offers to give me a 2015 M class(i prefer to buy myself), I would sell it and buy and ML350 of that period with change to spare bcos those were my favorite models

ur comment confirms money doesn’t buy class.

      July 3, 2015 at 1:17 pm

People are not commenting because it’s a car from earlier years. It’s because it’s being called brand new. A 8 year old car is not brand new is all they are saying.

    Na God work!

  19. triple o!

    July 3, 2015 at 1:03 pm

The car with S.O is metallic green. The one he gave her is silver. Try to pay attention. The S.O one is his car, the one he currently drives. Hers doesn’t even have number plates yet.
