Anambra Gov. Obiano Rocks Scout Uniform as He is Made Grand Patron of Anambra Arm of Nigeria Scout Council – PHOTOS

According to several reports circulating online, Anambra State governor, Willie Obiano, was on Saturday made grand patron of the state’s arm of the Nigeria Scout Council.

Sources say it was a grand ceremony, as hundreds of scouts joined the governor in making a bonfire at the Governor’s Lodge to mark his appointment.
