The Future of Iconic Invanity! A Sneak Peek of Nancy Nwadire’s ‘DNA’ Diffusion Line Designed by Her Daughters
It’s one thing to create a fashion label that stands out, it’s another to build a fashion empire that your children can partake in and take over.
Iconic Invanity Creative Director, Nancy Nwadire, is introducing us to the next level of her brand – her kids. The fashion designer has been letting us in on their new venture – a diffusion line called DNA by Iconic Invanity designed by her daughters, Destiny & Alanis, who are 16 and 9 respectively.
We have got a first look at the young label, as popular stylist, Ezinne Chinkata rocked one of their fab designs to the Aquafina Elite Model Look Nigeria 2015 grand finale as one of the judges.
The outfit is fun, chic and flirty and we are on board with that bold floral embroidery.
From what we gather, the young and creative ladies have been hard at work on their debut Spring/Summer 2016 collection, which will feature a lot of colour, and just might be showcased at the Heineken Lagos Fashion & Design Week 2015 event.
See more sneak peek images below and photos of the ‘DNA by Iconic Invanity’ designers.
No matter when we get to see more from the collection, judging from what we’ve seen from Iconic Invanity in the past, we know it’s going to be fabulous! Keep it locked on BN Style for more from the label.

Nancy Nwadire, is so Gorgeous. I always thought she is igbo, she got that beautiful gorgeous Imo Look (yalll know there is definitely something in that water in Imo state, they are too halle berry gorgeous), but i just learnt she is Ugandan. She is gorgeous, her fashion is very nice (althugh its not for my body shape cos all i see is skinny white models modelling it) and her kids are very beautiful. I always say one day when i am a mom, i will start teaching my kids from age 6 , the business (just as kimora lee does with her kids). We were alll raised to go to school for 25 odd years starting at age 3 only to become EMPLOYEES., I refuse in Jesus name that any of my kids will EVER be any bodys EMPLOYEE, they will be EMPLOYERS from jump so i will teach them business just as this smart lady Nancy Nwadire, is doing. For kids i think they did well with their first design, lets encourage them

She is not Ibo. She’s Ugandan, I think her Mom is white. She’s however married to an Ibo guy. I ❤️ Her.

Nma i think it will be best for you go back and read what the commenter Felinda wrote before you rush to comment. Your comment is as though you responded after reading just the first sentence and ended at the full stop. Always read in full before you comment so you dont disgrace yourself

Sheetu, you mean Ezinne looks beautiful and so hot? why can’t we learn to celebrate other women? Anyway, Kudos to Nancy Nwadire, its inspiring to see woman carrying their children under their wings. I wish I was encouraged to pursue my dreams of being and Artist.

Of course she looks weird… Her style is not what Emmy Collins describes as “Too Lagos”So no one will like it. Util you wear heels and midi dress before everyone applauds. It’s not my favorite Ezinne outfit. But I like that she drifted from the norm and did “Her”. Her Flat sandals are very cool.
