Ibukun Awosika is the Chairman, Board of Directors, First Bank of Nigeria Limited as well as the founder and CEO of The Chair Centre Group.

Ibukun chairs a number of Corporate and not-for-profit boards amongst which are: Afterschool Graduate Development Centre (AGDC), a facility, which she promotes to help address youth Employability and Enterprise in Nigeria and House of Tara International.

She brings a world of knowledge and experience that tackles important aspect of Entrepreneurship, sharing practical and locally relevant business insights gathered over years of growing various businesses from scratch.

As the name implies, the 2 day training is for entrepreneurs who have been in business for some time and want to learn how to apply strategies for growth and manage the implications of growth.

Participants will also learn about access to funds as AGDC is an approved Bank of Industry (BOI) Business Development Service Provider.
