Lagos Polo is BACK! The 2016 NPA International Polo Tournament kicks off this week
The 2016 NPA Lagos International Tournament will gallop-off on Wednesday February 10th – 14th and 16th – 21st. Games starting daily at 1:00pm.There are exciting social activities planned, with many surprise artists performing and great activities for the whole family.
The prestigious event did not hold in 2015 owing to the massive upgrading of facilities notably of which is the field, which is now lush green.
Players from Argentina (regarded as the Mecca of Polo), South Africa, England, Lebanon, Syria are listed for action with the likes of Manuel Crespo (+8), Frankie Menendez (+7), Jack Richardson (+6), a prodigious teenager from UK who joined professional polo at 10 as well as Adamu Atta and Babangida Hassan, who are the highest handicapped Nigerian players at +3 are expected to light up this years tournament.
