While the show debuted on African Independent Television (AIT) on both terrestrial and PayTV platforms, Bukas and Joints is happy to announce that the show has gone global, debuted on The African Channel in the USA and Caribbean on April 24th 2016. Speaking about this new partnership, Managing Partner Biola Alabi Media, Biola Alabi said “BAM is very happy about this new development as this allows for a more global participation while showcasing African cuisine to the world”. The half hour show takes viewers on a food adventure and follows Olisa as he explores the culture of food while also capturing the history behind some of these places.
