The Many Times Former Miss Nigeria – Ene Maya Lawani Gave Us Absolute Instagram Envy

Screen Shot 2016-05-10 at 11.51.18
Enemaya Lawani can be seen hitting Geneva’s Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie in an all white outfit with white pants, a white longline shirt cinched at the waist with a white belt. Paired with a statement neckpiece, she has her black Birkin purse and wide brim fedora in tow. Or you can spot her lounging at the airport in fur coats, booties, gargantuan robocop sunglasses, in company of Chanel purses and her bestie, Jennifer Obayuwana.
The former Miss Nigeria is THE Instagram girl to beat all thanks to her eclectic, edge-of-the-cliff style. Her champagne filled, first class jet-setting, yacht cruising and high-end designer wearing lifestyle is all carefully documented on her Instagram @enemaya.
I’m absolutely in awe of Ene’s affinity for colours, prints, fascinators, killer heels and edgy style; and if there’s one person that can be both Kristen Stewart and Rihanna then it’d have to be her.
Look below for some of my best Instagram pictures of the budding style sensation.

smh Nigerians forever getting excited over labels, travelling abroad and business class. Messy Instagram accounts, messy Bellanaija posts. That is why Naijagistlive is a bubbling business. She’s really interesting with the eccentric style though, she dresses really well for her body.

Not just Nigerians but the world, why else do people keep up with the Kardashians and such? It’s not a bad thing though, people just like looking at those with nice clothes , taking fab vacations that they aspire to. Nothing wrong with people getting fashion tips or next vacation ideas from those who obviously have a great sense of style .People have always aspired towards having more luxurious things in life and social media only makes it more obvious now . Getting excited about labels and fab travel does not mean one can’t also get excited about politics, Justice and such. This life is about having a nice balance , play and work hard. P.S There’s nothing messy about her Instagram

These pictures don’t even do her style justice, she’s got loads on there that showcase her elegance.
Her outfits “drape” on her physique and she manages to look chic and, sometimes, very Parisian.
She dey try no be small……

Nope, not at all. I might not be as light as a feather or as stretch markless as others but I think the legacy I am leaving behind will be remembered more than who I wore or how I traveled.

When Rosa Parks refused to get up on that bus, I bet there were a lot “socialites” doing their best to make their own version of Instagram followers envious. Who remembers them? I remember Rosa Parks, my daughters will and she will continue to be an inspiration to many for centuries to come. Now, that is something to envy Mr. Richard.
