      June 27, 2016 at 9:07 pm

Toke, she’s a hustler. Go girl. Many of these commenters insulting you will go purchase the products. The same thing with Dencia.
Did you try it on your toes though? Looks like it still needs some blending.

    • Awiase

      June 27, 2016 at 9:44 pm

I hope Omotola’s hubby would own up,be next brand ambassador and also make some money lol.Am not in support of bleaching my choice, but am very happy when people are honest about their choices.Insteaf of bleach and lie.As I say,it’s ok to disagree with choices people make but always respect their choices/decisions etc

Before morality police come and kill us with their Bible verses, please keep in mind, no be by force ooo! People spending their hard earned money on whatever they want to is their business. Same way this is solely business for Toke as she probably doesn’t even use the product herself. Now go and drink garri and sleep.

    • FasholasLover

      June 27, 2016 at 7:09 pm

LoL @go and drink garri and sleep. Her money, her skin. I can’t hate on TokstaRR’s game even if l want to. And l don’t want to. I love that she takes advantage and l hope she takes as many as is possible. It’s her time.

  3. Naijatalk

    June 27, 2016 at 5:09 pm

Well now we know her cream of choice. I hope there are no attendant risks. Will never understand this skin lightening madness.

  4. non-of ya

    June 27, 2016 at 5:12 pm

Bella Naija, I have to say that I am very disappointed with you. Why are you giving bleaching cream companies a platform to promote their products? Remember, bleaching is not just like wearing weave, You can’t even stitch bleached skin after an accident. Instead of informing people with such information, you continue to promote ways to succumb to people’s inferiority complex. Sad that our society continues to think that the “perfect finish” (as stated above) women need is lighter skin.

    • Moni

      June 27, 2016 at 7:29 pm

It is not your business what people do with their skin. Live and let live. Saying you’re disappointed in BN like they care about your disappointment lol biko

    • Belle

      June 27, 2016 at 8:45 pm

Have you heard of surgical glue, it can be used in the place of stitching. Its a safe alternative to stitching, there’s a way out.

    • your skin your problem

      June 28, 2016 at 3:47 am

seriously non-of ya? this is free world! and free market…do u know how many ads there are on TV around the world on skin lightening ? for and against! this is a free world… sit down

    • Abeg shift

      June 28, 2016 at 8:25 am

this is a dumb comment, BN is a business entity and needs to make money. The people who use it know the risks and decide to go with it, besides the cream also removes and fades dark spots we might have gotten from injuries or playing as kids so its not just about bleaching. If it doesnt please you scroll over and dont tell BN not to make money. As if all your hate comments gives thjem money

Haba!! Where’s this coming from?? Please, you need to remember that this is someone’s blog. If what they write on it offends you, go start your own blog and write what you want. Or, don’t visit and don’t read.

Some really silly comments here. SMH

  10. Pepper

    June 27, 2016 at 6:30 pm

@Naveah, I believe Prince must have said “live them” in reference to Remy Martin’s recent ad campaign. Remy Martin considered the fact that you can be many things, even if you have only one life. Hence their spotlight on Falz, VJ Adams and co, who have many interests. So, “you only have one life, live them.” is kinda okay to say. I hope I’ve spoken your mind, @Prince.

  11. Teni

    June 27, 2016 at 6:32 pm

The ads appear to be selling a dark spot remover which is different from a bleaching cream.

    • good girl

      June 27, 2016 at 7:50 pm

yeah look for any excuse or reason to support her..its entirely her business..but if it was someone like mercy agile who did this a lot of scientist would have come out to analyse the dangers….swerve jor

Gosh! My own is about that polo blue perfume advert on BNs page. Don’t like the way the guys face just keeps staring at me each time I open BNs page. There’s just sth annoying about his stare. BN, please how many more days till the advert gets removed from your page Biko? Can’t wait!

Advertisement and promotion of low self esteem and nothing more.

    • Lolistica

      June 27, 2016 at 8:10 pm

You remind me of those “holier-than-thou” trolls who shame women for wearing weaves and not keeping natural hair. If women want to buy “low self-esteem”, they have every right to. Their life, their skin, their identity, their choice. NOT YOURS.

  15. Chi

    June 27, 2016 at 7:41 pm

when it comes to bleaching to each his/her own. But that Lace is not popping Toke and you normally slay !!!!!

    • NIRA

      June 28, 2016 at 9:42 am

Exactly! Her hair game is usually soo on-point. Don’t know what happened to her here, her makeup is off too. She looks better on a regular day than in these pictures.

  16. Seun

    June 27, 2016 at 7:51 pm

Using the product on your skin, does not make you have low esteem, everyone has the right to use what makes them comfortable.A lot of people use different makeup and apply different foundations to look good.
The product removes black spots and clears the skin,it’s strictly by choice please.

  17. Concerned

    June 27, 2016 at 8:47 pm

Look at it this way., Gbemi finally won her battle with acne but unfortunately it left multiple darkspots on her face. Would you call it low self esteem if Gbemi succumbed to using Mecran to clear these darkspots?

  18. Lucinda

    June 27, 2016 at 9:10 pm

Toke is beginning to have that dark- tan glowy shade. Like when you coat roast chicken with egg white and let it stay in the oven for 10 minutes. This is the point of no return. If she ever stops or changes cream, she’ll look like that Ghana boxer. I saw a picture of her younger sister, I’ve forgotten her ig name. Dark and very beautiful with stunning facial features.
Naija men are not even helping this situation. 80% like light skin. A male friend of mine almost cussed me out and swore Toke was not bleaching when I pointed it out.
I won’t lie, I have been tempted to use lightening creams. Then I understood you can’t stop. its an addiction. This is what women need to understand. Every few years, you must have to upgrade to something stronger, more expensive plus mixing tins. Roast plantain knuckles, sweating, stretch marks, eczema AND MUSTACHE.

      June 28, 2016 at 7:49 am

This is true… I’ve seen long-term bleachers over the years, and the truth is that they can never stop. Once you start, get ready to keep applying and changing and upgrading for life. And once they start ageing, all the negative effects really start showing from the long-term bleaching.

  19. nunulicious

    June 27, 2016 at 9:45 pm

erm, Is it a cream or a bronzer? Curious and Confused.

  20. Jamce

    June 27, 2016 at 10:43 pm

Think about this, is this not “body shaming” or should I say “colour shaming” in another guise?

    June 28, 2016 at 12:01 am

You are the perfect ambassador for this, Toke. You practice what you preach.

    June 28, 2016 at 7:22 am

Wait, that says dark spot remover? I was waiting for something that suggested it was for all over the body, if its just this, we have products in the uk saying dark spot remover in legit drug stores like boots and superdrug (and not some secret room in the afro Caribbean shops)

  25. tiana

    June 28, 2016 at 8:42 am

you people are funny oh – what is wrong with dark spot remover – to remove nasty black spot or uneven skin tone due to pregnancies or medical condition.and make skin look flawless – and toned…. it actually looks better – most woman i know will do anything for a miracle cream that works and has no adverse effect – anyone that doesn’t is lying. – don’t get me wrong am not a fan of being dark like lupita then completing bleaching and looking like beyonce colour.. its crazy to do that in my opinion. at some point you have to stop and you go back to being even darker

  26. alloy

    June 28, 2016 at 5:59 pm

I’ve read all the comments and no one has said what I expected to hear. TOKE DOESN’T USE THIS CREAM! She’s just a brand ambassador. She uses glutathione capsule for her skin lightening. Do you think tiger woods must use Gillette because he endorses them? Well, except they give him free supply of products. In which case he still may not use…

  27. Mimee

    June 29, 2016 at 4:36 pm

Too much details in the second dress took away the attention from the skin.
