HIIT Squad & FCMB host HIIT Hangout ‘Gym & Tonic’ Fitness Event Series! Workouts led by Maje Ayida, Ponnie Ramirez & Korra Obidi | Photos

The HIIT Squad and First City Monument Bank (FCMB) on Saturday, August 6th, 2016 hosted Gym & Tonic, Nigeria’s first “fitness meets nightclub” event, which held at the Hard Rock Café in Victoria Island, Lagos.

The innovative event had in attendance over 230 people, who were treated to adrenalin-filled bodyweight HIIT workouts, Zumba, dance fitness sessions and healthy refreshments.

The workouts were led by the HIIT Squad’s Maje Ayida and Zumba instructor Ponnie Ramirez, while singer/dancer/model Korra Obidi made a guest appearance.
