The male model was not well styled at all. They oiled his face too much. His hair was not well styled, that hair cut is so dated. His side burns and moustache are also not well groomed and defined and cut. What is with the bronze/brown jacket on the dark blue trousers? The photo where he’s wearing those and standing leaning/sitting on a dresser just looks … the trousers look like dark blue, the bow tie looks like black, the shirt is white and the white cuffs show out against the background of the brown/bronze jacket and blue trousers, then there’s the yellow pocket-kerchief, the cut of the brown jacket and the cut of the trousers don’t seem to go, they look awkwardly placed on each other, the stretched-out showing a bit of sock, makes the trousers look a bit short, wide leg trousers like those did not go with a different colour jacket in that style, stovepipe or other narrow leg cut trousers would have translated better. The guy just was not well-styled neither was he given good direction, and before all thjose, he was not well trained if trained at all. He has not learnt how to pose, how to give looks, how to use his face, his eyes, his facial and head and body angles, etc.
The female models are not the most professional or best-trained either and neither were they also given the best direction.
The raw ingredients necessary are there, in all the models, the clothes, etc. They just need better, proper chefs who are true professionals and talented themselves, who’ll know what to with them and the best uses for each ‘ingredient and what to do/how best to put all them together to bring out a tasty meal that the audience will appreciate.
