The children also participated in designing their school walls with imprints of their palm and they had a good time interacting with the adults. They were also given merchandise from Art for a cause to spur their interest in learning and have more appeal for the arts.

Present to support the event were prominent blogger Olori Supergal, acclaimed photographer, Shola Animashaun Public Relations Consultant and Founder Zebra Stripes Networks, Nike Fagbule, Creative Industrialists Adaora Mbelu Dania, and Musician Sir Dauda. Other supporters include, and Bellanaija, Guardian Newspapers, Zebra Stripes Networks, PlanenTekad, Kuma and Tri Standard Paint.

Previous editions of Art for a Cause have held both in Nigeria and Sri Lanka and it continues to impact the kids towards having more appreciation for the Arts.
