Babatunde Rosanwo, the Nigerian man who took to twitter to accuse his wife – Mariam – of Domestic Violence, has come back to give a reply to his wife’s claim that it was the other way round.
Rosanwo had said that he endured physical and verbal abuse from his wife and his in-laws, adding that his wife’s mother at one time, slapped him 18 times.
Mariam, a Nigerian, who is also an Irish citizen, replied, saying that Rosanwo manipulated her into marriage so he could get resident’s permit in the UK.
She added that Rosanwo had a child with another woman in Nigeria, and claimed her overhead Rosanwo’s aunt telling him that he should leave her (Mariam) since he had gotten his papers.
She claimed that Rosanwo decided to claim Domestic Violence because the UK constitution gives him the right to remain the country if his claims are true.
She added that she bears 95% of the cost of their child’s upbringing.
Rosanwo has taken to Twitter with a counter claim. See below:
