We love when Nigerian media tech companies are expanding and growing so we are super excited for NotJustOk as they make their new moves.

As part of their commitment to expose African music to the world, music entertainment site, NotJustOk is extending their content offering to East African and South African countries.

According to founder, Demola Ogundele:

NotJustOk pioneered the popularity of Nigerian and Ghanaian music online and our entrance into East and South African markets is an attempt to popularize the amazing music coming out of counties such as Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, South Africa, Botswana and other countries in the region”.

He further explained, “This will both provide variety to our 3 million monthly users and attract even more users from these regions so that they can also enjoy and consume music from their local markets and discover music from other African regions. The intention is to add more value to these regions as we added to the Nigerian music space which is currently the dominant force in African music.”

This new extension has already been added to the website and can be accessed by simply clicking on the Region button at the home page and navigating to the East Africa or South Africa additions on

    Congrats to notjustok for there branding of Nigeria and entire African music to the world. I have being visiting the website for over 4 years now. Great movie. Made in Nigeria is a thing I hope other Nigeria brands start to think global.
