The African Women Power (AWP) Network will host the “Get Connected Business Series,” during the last week in April. The forum is created with the intention to provide insights and information needed to help entrepreneurs and employees grow and get to the next level.

Date: Tuesday, April 25th, 2017.
Theme: Tech Dialogues: What It Means To Be A Woman In Tech.
Venue: JobMag Centre, 254 Herbert Macaulay Way, Yaba, Lagos.
Time: 10.00 am

This discussion will explore the challenges and progress made in the STEM fields with regards to African women and girls. The panel discussion will be led by Mary Olushoga, Founder of the AWP Network. On the panel are the following experts:

This will focus solely on procurement opportunities available in the private sector. This panel discussion will be led by Reginald Bassey, former Chief of Staff at the Office of Rep. Robinson Uwak of the Oron Federal Constituency of Akwa Ibom State. On the panel are the following experts:

Theme: Sexual Harassment and Assault in the Workplace, Learn How To Protect Yourself.

This will explore resources if any, available for women and girls in the event that they experience sexual harassment and assault in the workplace. On the panel are the following experts:
