Bolanle Ninalowo stick to Yoruba movies (your delivery is perfect for that,) cos in english movies your fake accent and phonet is excruciatingly annoying.

If you can drop the fake phonet in english movies, you are a very promising actor

@just saying he Is not faking accent that’s actually an American accent . he lived in USA for a long time before coming to naija to follow his dreams . so don’t condemn people if you are not sure .

Have you actually watched this movie? He spoke mostly Yoruba and Pidgin English. His performance was the best in this movie, that’s what everyone is saying, and I was at the premiere too. That’s what I’m saying.

Err BN, from the trailer it doesn’t seem like rom-com, it doesn’t have that light-hearted vibe at all.

They basically had different trailers. One showed the comedy angle, another showed the drama angle, and I guess a third which showed the romance side of the film. It’s all of these combined.

I watch all her movies on ROK, Mary Remmy has become a favourite actress of mine. I’m even more impressed when I see how many of the ROK movies and TV series she actually produced, e.g. Husbands of Lagos.

Let’s give kudos where it is needed, this lady deserves to be commended.
