To create sustainable prosperity, the leadership of a Society must actively invest in its young people to be able to contribute to the economic activities of that Society. This robust collaboration inevitably reduces corruption and such related vices. Like the popular saying goes, ‘the foundation of every State is the empowerment of its youth”. The 2nd edition of the Global Youth Conference seeks to empower young people and assist today’s leadership in charting an effective path for inclusive growth.

Venue: International Conference Centre, Abuja.
Theme: Leadership in Action.

Speakers at this year’s conference include Chidi Amakaeze Ben Aaron (General Overseer of The Community of Hashem Worldwide), Ibukun Awosika (Chairman, First Bank of Nigeria Ltd), Segun Adeniyi (former Special Adviser to late President Yar’Adua & Chief Editor of ThisDay Newspapers), Linus Okorie (Motivational Speaker & President, GOTNI), Gboyega Fatoki (Vice President, Centre for Law & Business) and Ifeoma Adeoye (Business Consultant & Nairalogue writer). Representatives of Government will also be in attendance. Presentations from the Speakers would focus on principles of leadership spanning across three key areas of life – God, Politics and Business.
