This Nigerian jollof rice ehn. I was at a conference recently this week on the island and most of the non-Nigerians participants (from Africa and London) were curious about the fuss and couldn’t wait to try out some Nigerian jollof rice and some even made remarks about it on their LinkedIn page(s). Speak about power of marketing. I have always preferred fried rice. It’s richer and has more drama but hey jollof rice has the votes!

YAY! The Jollof is now internationally known as our main delicacy. Even more common than the fufu and eba.

Y’all should check out Dooney’s Kitchen recipe for Jollof Rice and Chicken Ayilata. It made the Schwartz UK E-Book some two years ago.
