Rita you’ve taken steps forward, don’t take steps back appearing in such rubbish scripted and casted movies. You are way above that now. Leave these kind script and acting for the C to Z list actors. Cmon you are an A lister.

    I’m Just saying.

Joyce Kalu headlining a movie, the woman can’t even speak good English, stale actress

Yolanda aka President of the International film critic and advisers association, weldon ma. Have you seen the movie? Whats wrong with Joyce Kalu headlining a movie, if the actress fits a role please let her do her work. Every actor must not be an A-lister. Let us give made in Nigeria a chance these are the kind of feedback that is killing our economy. She has her fan base, people that will actually spend their money to see the movie because of her not cheap talkers. So in my opinion she matters. I don’t like most of your so called ” A list actors!” deal with that. but that will not make me come out and kill another persons livelihood by talking rubbish! #nollywoodwinning

A good/great actor isn’t measured by how far you’ve gone in the industry or your career as an actor but your ability to take up any role given to you in any said production in my opinion anyway, madam you’ve seen only the trailer and you’ve condemned it why not take several seats and try and see the full movie since you’re so opinionated. Then you can have something constructive to say hmmm?

How can you diss a movie that you haven’t even watched based on a 1 minute trailer?? Wow, this is a new level of low!

Rita most likely chose the role because she finds it interesting and wants to tell the story.
Acting is not always about being an A list actress, it could be something you are passionate about, and who better to do it than yourself. I’ve seen top actresses do movies that flopped, ones that were “less” than their previous movies but hey they chose those roles for a reason.

But then, we know that Rita acts everything if not all the script that is presented to her. The economy is harsh, our actors need the money, so they can’t afford to be selective… Considering the kind of high class life some of our actors live, so money from all angles is desirable for them to keep afloat…
It’s only Genevieve that I know that is always selective and insist on quality!

Wow! The quality of the poster got my attention. If the trailer, picture quality and poster are anything to go by, this promises to be a good movie! The part about “meeting Rita on Facebook” had me cracking up!

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this movie. Quite frankly I love the village asaba movies the most.. They depict the true authentic Nigerian way of life. Joyce kalu plays motherly older women roles and she fits the part.
Talking about a or j list or s list actresses, they are all the same in nija. There is space for everyone in nollywood. I’m still in awe of nollywood it is one industry run by Nigerians that all nigerians love.

How selective is Genevieve as much as i love her acting and think she is very talented her recent movies have been very boring. All these oyinbo wanna be movies are quite listless, contrived and blah..
