Joe Biden Officially Joins 2020 U.S Presidential Race
Former U.S Vice President Joe Biden has officially joined the 2020 presidential race in the country.
He made this known in a campaign video shared on YouTube on Thursday.
“The core values of this nation… our standing in the world… our very democracy… everything that has made America – America – is at stake. That’s why today I’m announcing my candidacy for President of the United States,” he shared in the video.
“It’s time for respected leadership on the world stage—and dignified leadership at home. It’s time for equal opportunity, equal rights, and equal justice. It’s time for an economy that rewards those who actually do the work. It’s time for a president who will stand up for all of us,” the YouTube video was captioned.
