#BellaNaijaWCW this week describes her self as a conscious career coach and do-good advocate who’s passionate about the Sustainable Development Goals.
Abosede George-Ogan is a tri-sector leader, having over 15 years experience across non-profit, private and public sectors as a development professional.
From starting her career in development at a number of NGOs, to coordinating Corporate Social Responsibility for for KeyStone Bank and First Bank and leading Corporate Citizenship for Samsung Electronics West Africa, Abosede has been leaving a lasting impact everywhere she goes.
She currently serves as the Director, Strategy, Partnerships and Stakeholder Management at the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund.
Abosede is the founder of Women in Politics – a platform that engages, encourages, equips and empowers women in Nigeria to get involved and participate in Politics.
She’s the author of Building a Conscious Career, where she shared useful tips on how to build a fulfilling and financially rewarding career, while also positively affecting the lives of others.
Abosede has a degree in Political Science/Public Administration from Igbinedion University and an MSc in Communication for Innovation and Development from the University of Reading. She’s also taken courses in innovation and development management.
