I don’t care too much for the awards, as long as any with Timaya, and 9ice win. what happened to P-Square, they are pretty good. Timaya is just a unique talent, I love how he sings from his heart, his voice, dance and he had this cool swagga in the song with JMartin. I don’t mind Dare Art lade winning, he’s also talented. I don’t know too much about the female nominees, so i guess i will go with the males.

As far as i am concerned, each and every artiste on this list deserves the nomination, they all did outstandingly well in the previous music year and should be recognized. Yes, better ones may have been left out, -eLDee, faze and the likes- there shouldn’t be much ado about it! consider if these excluded ones did not impress the judges well enough? after all one man’s food is another man’s poison. If you have a problem with it, you either don’t watch or don’t pay cognizance to it at all…

I would to remind organisers that these awards are not suppose to be YORUBA musicians only. It should be a Nigerian award. If you sing and don’t add yoruba then there is no nomination for you.
