You might have seen a sneak peek online or in your favourite magazine, however, BellaNaija.com is glad to present you with an exclusive viewing of the complete ad campaign for Vlisco’s new collection – Dazzling Graphics.

Go figure! A graphic statement of outspoken silhouettes exemplifies the new ‘Dazzling Graphics’ fabric collection from Vlisco. In-focus outlines and an edgy sharpness create a trompe l’oeil effect of movement. Distinct forms bedazzle the mind and set a psychedelic mood. Overwhelming, vivid colours further emphasize the interplay of black and white, creating a shock in design. Dazzling curves combine with psychedelic circles and an abundance of block shapes, together transforming into new shapes.

Hi Fokasibe. Actually Vlisco only sells the fabric. What the models are wearing is just to showcase the design and colour.
These designs are meant to be showcase pieces. Its up to you to take the designs and alter them to make them wearable.
They sell fabric not clothes. And I believe they do a great job of selling their fabric. Its the most innovative way i’ve seen so far. Other fabric suppliers /sellers just take a picture or the folded fabric. Which is ok but boring!
True talk! I just LOVE their designs though. Too bad they don’t sell them. I’d be 1st in line wherever, whenever!
@ Omo aus Deutschland and Elpee…they coulda fooled me with the bags o! Thought they made ready to wear as well…thaks for pointing that out…Anyhoo, I love their fabric because it lasts and lasts although they’re a little expensive…so all in all…well done for the fabric vlisco!!

the designs of the fabrics are beautiful, not caring about the styles just the fabric i like. vlisco will last almost forever. i like them

Haba pips, aside the first two shots and maybe the dress with the bumble bee tail, i think we should give kudos to the VLISCO and of course the designers. I can see these outfits making huge waves at New York Fashion week. These are not casual wears they are SHOW WEARS, made for the red carpet…

Bellanaija, this is some useful advise that I hope you’d take on board.
You want to know how to make your website more relevant? Then post links for where these items you showcase can be purchased. Not just links, but links that have the items AND the prices, and also have a facility to ship things overseas. That is good business sense. I know most of the designers you showcase probably don’t have this at the moment, but encourage them to do so.
Many of your readers browse from all different countries of the world. We have no way of accessing these things from boutiques in Lagos or Abuja. And I guess I speak for most people when I say the lack of accessibility to these items makes browsing through their designs here like looking at art – we look, we appreciate it, and we move to the next topic on Bellanaija. It doesn’t have to end there. Please add the final step of helping make these things available to people in the diaspora. Thanks.
