“Fresh & Fun…” – Tiwa Savage covers Exquisite Magazine’s Denim Issue

The new issue of Exquisite Magazine features Nigerian star Tiwa Savage as the “denim issue” cover girl!
According to Exquisite Magazine Editor, Tewa Onasanya, “We chose Tiwa for the denim issue because we think Tiwa is fresh, edgy, fun and versatile…We wanted to capture her sexiness; everybody loves Tiwa for being a confident woman with a great voice. She simply oozes classy sexiness.“
Tiwa Savage is currently working on her debut album which will be released in 2012. She has shot the video for her latest single, “Love Me, Love Me, Love Me” and will be embarking on a cross-country tour with Syndik8 Records artiste Lynxxx, BlackMagic, DJ Zeez, Saucekid and Eva.

I love Tiwa Savage to death! I was really upset for her when she failed to make it to the live shows during The X Factor, and she cried bukects that day – what was Sharon Osbourne thinking? But I’m glad things are working out well for her; at least she has a Grammy nomination…yay! And I agree with most of you – she WAS over-photoshopped.

I just don’t get this Tiwa. The attempt at over-sexiness is just too much for me and don’t think it works for her. The hair is too long, the purring and hard breathing, too much make-up, just generally ‘over-fried’. Too wannabe Beyonce. Apologies to all the Tiwa-stans.
i agree… she is a great singer, but she oversexualises herself. i mean, she has a banging body, no doubt. but it comes across like she can’t sell her music without selling her body as well.

Wayy tooo much photoshop. She looks like a painting. Tiwa is a beautiful girl, still young too so I don’t see the reason for the extreme photoshop treatment the mag served out. Unnecessary but it must be a nigerian thing.

Yes she looks good, maybe too airbrushed, but appreciate people’s hard work and @ Clara they should close down, wow. People did u look further down that they are organising an event to increase cancer awareness and they are screening people free. God will help us human. In as much as criticism is good let’s not forget the message.

Yeah, Tiwa is a really pretty girl. But I’m not surprised at the excessive airbrushing. I bought the copy of this mag with Goldie on the cover and was amazed at the terrible grammatical errors and blunders! From the editor’s notes to the last page. So I expect little from them. I hope they see this comment and work on their mag.

TIWA SAVAGE is always on point to me. honestly; i think she looks way better without all this airbrushing sef! Mag cover is kind of dry sha. i like d model shots though.
i love tiwa savage but that mag should be sued for misrepresentation, too much photoshop. also “all you need to know about kidneys” seriously
people get time and they fit exaggerate, grammatical errors from first page to the last, not sure about that as I’m a regular with exquisite. then again you guys will say i’m biased. i like the fashion pages in this issue, bought a copy, at least their content does it for me.
