I don’t think this is the best place for a photo op with fans. It seems inappropriate.

As in… the whole thing smacks of unthinking, tactless behavior. Although, I can’t say I’m wholly surprised…

really how many of you cried when you heard about the death … he lived a good life and lived well, impacted loads of people and he was even old .. so were you expecting them to be crying ..

we are expecting them to show some respect. if they can buy a ticket, travel out of Nigeria to South Africa to pay their respects, then they should show the damned respect! No one is asking them to cry , but my gods. He meant a lot to people in that country and to fly there and turn it to some spectacle for cheap publicity? Heavens forbid a member of your family dies but if you find people like this turning up, tell me you wont sweep them away with a solid igbale.

@Gbemisola, Thank you o!How many Nigerians cried when they heard of his death??People just allow their dislike of certain people cloud their judgement. Mandela was 95 years old , he lived a fruitful life, it is a celebration of life. Is it not in the same Nigeria that we throw owanbe and turn funerals to carnivals? Judgemental broads!

i dunno about this being a publicity stunt buh i do know this didn’t come across as going to pay last respects. i get that this is more of a celebration of life cos madiba lived a long and fulfilled life…buh it just looked like they went for calabar carnival…smh

Beverly will never do right in your eyes hey? Your hatred against makes her even stronger. They did not have to cry to show respect whatsoever, they are laughing because they are celebrating a life well lived.
