Boko Haram Massacre Bella Naija

Boko Haram’s attacks on Borno State seem to be never ending. The terrorist group has struck again, killing over 270 people between Friday and Saturday.

Between Thursday night and Friday morning, four towns were attacked: Gwoza, Dikwa, Kala Balge, and Gambulga. Over 210 people were killed, ThisDay reports.

And then on Saturday, the insurgents killed scores of students who were travelling to Borno State to write their Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

Over the weekend, they also attacked the villages of Kaigamari and Ngoshe  in Borno State, killing 60 people. Armed with AK 47 rifles,  petrol bombs, rocket-propelled grenades, improvised explosive devices, and other ammunition, the terrorists attacked the sleeping and unarmed residents. They also set ablaze several homes, shops, and destroyed telecommunications masts, Punch reports.

This is heartbreaking. Our prayers go out to the families and loved ones of the casualties, and all affected by these attacks.

Two hundred and seventy souls!!??! How many people come remain? Maybe it’s time to shift out of normal gear o, this is a serious matter. Not yet Syria serious, but serious.
Who has answers? What is the governor saying? What is the Joint Chiefs (abi na Chief of General Staff) doing? What do we need to do that we have not done? Where is Jona in all this? Who is the Minister of Defense nowadays after all the reshuffling?
Na drones them wan carry abi na SSS intelligence them wan use? What is the point of an Africa Union if rogues are murdering everywhere? Do we still have any tolerance for corruption and theft when death is upon us by the thousands?

WOW. 270 people just like that. and several thousands have been killed in the past. This Boko Haram issue is very serious. People need to wake up and realise that Nigeria is a ticking time bomb. It will soon explode and no one will be spared. The worrying thing of it all is that this boko haram seem to be faceless and motiveless. WHO ARE THEY? WHAT DO THEY WANT BIKO? It doesn’t seem as if anyone knows. The government are also useless, so the ordinary man is left to battle through everyday. na wa oh. When and where will the next bomb go off? People in Lagos who some of them have the attitude that the northerners should stay there and continue killing themselves. As you can all see they are now hitting the capital city Abuja o, so nowhere is safe. This is aNigerian problem not a northerner problem at all.

Over 270 killed (real figures are always more than official figures) in just three days, and Nyanya bombed this morning! Add to this the thousands that have been killed by Boko Haram and Fulani herdsmen. What is happening in our country, where are we heading? We cannot afford to continue like this. This is just plain crazy. Oh God…help us!
