Joke Silva, Bimbo Akintola & Ireti Doyle dance in Mushin Market

Nollywood stars take it to the streets of Mushin market.

On Wednesday 14th May 2014, Joke Silva, Iretiola Doyle, Bimbola Akintola and Taiwo Ajai-Lycett staged a quick play in Mushin Market in Lagos.

The actresses have an upcoming stage play – Hear Word scheduled to kick off on the 23rd May 2014 at MUSON Cenre, Onikan, Lagos. It will also feature performances by Kate Henshaw, Elvina Ibru and Kemi “Lala’ Akindoju.

To promote the production, they were spotted performing in the rain, while passersby looked on.

    Ah Africa! Small rain and the whole place is a total mess whereas it can rain in the USA for days and still the ground looks literally dry because of proper planning and the best drainage put in place. I guess Nigeria is probably even better than my Ghana. Oh well, that is our Africa, and we still love it.

    Can’t help but love these women, Joke looks like an everyday woman in the pix,really grassroot. I believe a video would have made us appreciate it more,love it still. Definitely going to see it
