amazing! however kunle shouldnt have featured in the movie. His brother, Gabriel, is a finer actor by the way.

I hope to God i’m not disappointed this time around.
Kunle Afolayan has a way of not living up to the hype a la the Figurine and Phone Swap.

Really? I thought those 2 movies were rather good. Plot, theme, artistry etc were fantastic.
I especially liked the way the Figurine had an unpredictable end. And Phone Swap was just a nice and easy heart-warming watch.

Finally the movie is out! Nice. See the way Kunle is boning in the first pic sha, i hope he’s changed his mind about leaving the country. Mo looks…breathtaking, like play, play , she may soon become one of the richest women in 9ja

Mrs Ransome Kuti… O jebi. lmaoooo, I looooove that part.

One thing I love about Kunle’s movies is that it is never dependent on a particular actor. He picks his cast well (a trait Funke Akindele also has).

On another note, I wish his brother, Gabriel Afolayan would get a breakout movie role. That guy est fantastique!

RMD looks really good and young. as for kunle afolayan i am angered by his comments about leaving nigeria and having hypertension, he is not the first person to make films in nigeria and he’s one of the few lucky ones who is able to even get sponsorship and money to shoot films, so what happened to other filmmakers in nigeria who have no sponsorships and can’t pull the big and rich people? have they died? kunle should be grateful for what he has because many nigerian filmmakers don’t have a fraction of his connections and money.

      May 20, 2014 at 4:01 pm

Shhhhhhhuoo why you go dey vex because persin sey dem no wan live somewhere again especially since the persin don live dere all of their lives? The man spoke from a place of the experience that has caused him major frustrations. I don’t know why his ability to get sponsorship and money to shoot films should preclude him from making a decision about his health and his family. He can still contribute to Nollywood from anywhere else, Nigeria will still be his target market for the product he sells which is films made about Nigerians and their stories. The people wey no fit do make dem pray make baba God help dem but the man fit do so why will we begrudge him a change that he believes he needs?

I’ll vote RMD as Best supporting Actor for 30 Days in Atlanta. That movie is Sick!! Extremely Hilarious. It should also win Best Comedy of the year! It’s currently the Highest grossing Box office nollywood movie raking in 76 million as at this week. And of course RMD as a true movie legend and passionate actor delivered his role in epic fashion. Voting RMD right away.
