A little less of the air brushing, though. Pictures are too bright. Would be nice to have a balanced tone for the skin.

kogi is stunning. this is the best looking set yet, since 2003. however, i feel like these pictures have been airbrushed a lot, and i might be disappointed when i see “real” pictures and face.

Ah but we are a diverse nation, Nigeria will be great again!

  27. Aibee

    July 16, 2014 at 10:25 am

Errm! Did this girls pay to get their attires such that each attire is commensurate to what you paid for? It’s obvious a lot of thought didn’t go into dressing them up which is almost all the girls representing the northern states are dressed like milkmaids. And which of the tribes indigenous to Abuja dresses like Miss Abuja?

  28. damsel

    July 16, 2014 at 11:10 am

Miss Kogi all the way jor.

  29. Mist

    July 16, 2014 at 11:22 am

the Photoshop tho, some of the barefooted one’s look like they are suspended, IMO

  30. Ayishaa

    July 16, 2014 at 11:29 am

Whoever dressed Miss Ebonyi in that hideous wig and Miss Ekiti in the unflattering outfit should honestly be fired……they didn’t stand a chance with their outfits. The others look good.

  31. babytogbasky

    July 16, 2014 at 11:36 am

Miss abia is just too good, attire, pose . Just take a second look. Infact all my igbo sisters are representing wella

    and after you have won
It is time for entrepreneurial training so you know how to manage the resources that come into your hand.

  36. fre

    July 16, 2014 at 12:41 pm

Lol, the trad attires are so non representative of the culture/cultural wears. Miss Enugu for example, the head gear should be out. The root is Bayelsa and Rivers (specifically the Kalabari’s).
Lol at Miss Nassarawa, be looking for trouble :p

  37. Eugenia

    July 16, 2014 at 12:48 pm

    Miss EDO rocks……

  38. frostycake

    July 16, 2014 at 12:50 pm

Please no offence,,miss Ebonyi we hve heard that is her natural hair…but we are here for other things not just hair…maybe she should go for miss hair when she comes out..but pls it has do

  39. Ife girl

    July 16, 2014 at 1:25 pm

Wow…if that’s Miss Ebonyi’s hair…then it’s so cool and georgeous! She can however get her hair into other equally flattering styles aside the Afro look!

    July 16, 2014 at 2:40 pm

  44. Truth Teller

    July 16, 2014 at 5:21 pm

They all look fabulous, great outfits. However what’s with the Fulani outfits for the northern states?these states all have their indigenous attire not just Fulani clothes. I remember commenting about this same thing a while back and they are making the same mistake. The organizers should do some more research in that aspect but other than that, nice effort overall. I really love Miss Kano,Kogi, Benue, Infact they’re all looking good.

  45. Emerie

    July 16, 2014 at 7:08 pm

Abia for life. For now,am totally in support of Miss Abia,Anambra and Benue. Miss Imo had the best geographica setting, a real representation of South-East Nigerian environment.

    July 17, 2014 at 10:13 am

Miss Kogi all the wayyyyyyyyyyy. Nwa mara mma 🙂

  47. oj

    July 17, 2014 at 4:23 pm

i think the way the pictures were taken is biased. why are some taken from afar and others closer? i think ALL should have been taken either from afar, closer or both for each contestant?
